Hilary Duff's new song 'Reach Out' was just released to iTunes finally, however it was released to iTunes long after the Best of Hilary Duff album release date. All the large scale promotions and advertising for the album has died down a little due to album release and iTunes release date being so far apart. Therefore, there is a planned Download Day for 'Reach Out' on January 6th, 2009 where all fans gather up to download the song to help make it as successful as possible.
